Our pigments are widely used in PP, PS, PVC, PE, PET, ABS and other plastic processing. It also can be used for the extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, blister, etc. There are more colorful and better luster for our pigments , to give you the best color world. 


Instruction and Suggestion:

1) Pearl pigment and Resin: generally speaking, the better transparency plastic resin you use, the better pearl effect you have. Such as PMMA, PS, etc. High brightness of LDPE, PP, PA, etc. also can get a good pearl effect; Opaque HDPE, though the brightness is not good, but can also get a good pearl effect. Only the crystalline plastics such as PA-66 resin, have the poor effect.

2) Color blending: pearl pigment can mix with the transparent pigment except the opacity; Can be used with carbon black and green pigment, which can make a strong reflected light and effect, also the extra color.

3) Dispersion and Mixture: First, mix the resin, dispersing agent, and lubricant evenly; Second, add the pearl pigment evenly. During the mixture, please note: 1. Avoid the damage to the pearl pigment flake structure by high shear and speed;2. Avoid to mix the pearl pigment and resin together in the sand mill, ball mill and roller mill.


Mix with the resin, we suggest use fluid coupling agent (softener, refined mineral oil, etc.), to make the pearl pigment adsorption in the surface of plastic particles better; In the production of masterbatch, to improve the wetting and liquidity, generally add the polyethylene wax or paraffin oil. According to the product performance, you can add some additives (such as ultraviolet absorption agent, antistatic agent, increase the agent), also can add the transparent pigment dye.


For the process of the super white plastic, sometimes it will produce the plastic additives such as antioxidant of free phenol reaction with titanium dioxide, a serious of yellowing phenomenon. Our resistance to yellow series can solve this problem effectively. It has the special surface treatment, to stop the surface of the photochemical activity for tio2 pigment.
